Hello,

I have read through a few articles on guest access and anonymous access in JSM.

I jsut want to make sure the following request is correct https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/CONFCLOUD-74966

Does the guest access not work via the JSM portal?

The link is for the Confluence product, not for JSM. Could you please follow the following article?

"Set up an open portal" should do the trick, I believe.
