I was not able to restart JIRA services with following errors in the catalina log:

@valk Additional log information is needed. Can you provide the startup portion of the log files?
@Brant Schroeder Hey Brant, all resolved. One of the default ports I use for Jira in the configuration file was taking by the Win after an update. Have to define different port.
