JIRA Issue create macro from Confluence

I am using Confluence Cloud and I want to be able to use the Create JIRA Issue from Confluence macro but I want to add a field to the create JIRA dialog - Does anyone know how to modify the Create JIRA Issue Macro and add a field to the create process

Unfortunately not, since the content in Confluence is basically seen as a text page in Jira, and not individual custom fields. The full list of functionality between Jira and Confluence Cloud are outlined below:

@Shannon S - thank you for your answer. Not what I wanted to hear but understand. Is there any other way in which I can capture information from a confluence page such as the version of the page into a JIRA ticket?

It's not possible to add additional fields, but we have a feature request for it below:

* CONFCLOUD-31867 Ability to map more fields from a Confluence table into a JIRA issue when highlighting and creating issues
