Can someone please help, we had all of our documentation on the confluence account, and we haven't upgraded our payment. Is there any chance to recover the data?

If the site was deleted then it will not be able to be recovered. If it has not been deleted yet you should be able to work with Atlassian support to get access to the site again. https://support.atlassian.com/contact/
