I am new to Confluence and am attempting to create a brand colors guideline but cannot figure out how to use custom colors. All I have access to are the defaults shown below. I can't find any way to do this based on my research. Thanks in advance!

Sorry to be the one to break the news, but currently Confluence Cloud does not allow for custom color palettes for fonts or other page elements.
There is a long standing request on JAC for this that you vote and follow:

If you have the Table Filter and Charts for Confluence app installed for your instance (it's the app that we develop), please note that you can use the Table Transformer macro to set background and text colors using different HEX colors.
