Is there an Alumni account that we can create for former employees to access exit information?

Hi,

We would like to know if we can set up a page that can only be access by former employees? We want to provide exit information for them that they can access post their termination date. But we do not want them to have access to our systems/Okta. Is there some sort of Alumni portal we can create?

Thank you in advance for your help!

Jennifer

Hi @Jennifer Blanco and welcome to the community,

You can create a new space, called Alumni (or similar) and grant guest access to former employees. Guests will only have access to this space and you will grant them corresponding permissions. You can have 5 guests per paid confluence users. More info here:
