Is there a way to vote for confluence features?

Hi guy´s,

the background of my question is the well-known problem with numbererd headings in confluence. For this purpose, a plugin is needed so far.

Now that I've noticed that some Confluence users have complained about the problem, I wonder if there's a possibility of voting for Confluence features. So after a corresponding vote, Confluenece can react accordingly.

Maybe there are already such kind of voting pages.
