Is there a way to find out the space consumed for Spaces in the cloud version

GlennR October 10, 2019

We have hit the 250GB storage limit, so want to review which spaces have used the most space.

How can I do this with the cloud version of Confluence?

+1 from me for this topic.

We also facing this Problem. The only thing we already found is the size of attachements:

It is 2024 and I still see no reporting on space consumption. Good housekeeping should be supported out of the box, Atlassian!

Were the developers not curious themselves to be able to report sizes of Spaces or Projects? Space is not infinite.....

I have the same question. The link mentioned in the answer is not valid.

Is it still not possible to see how much space is in use?

@GlennR You might not actually have hit the limit. Atlassian sent emails that incorrectly stated that users had reached the limit, when in fact they hadn't. They sent emails within the next day or two admitting their mistake. I received the initial notice and the subsequent correction.

And there actually is a way to see your overall usage in Cloud, although I don't think there's a way to break it down by space. This thread has the information and was very helpful to me: https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Confluence-Cloud-questions/How-can-I-analyze-data-usage-to-cull-content/qaq-p/1196998

It's not currently possible to view how much server space or disk storage you have used in Atlassian Cloud. OR how much storage different spaces are using in your Confluence Cloud instance.

If disk space on your Atlassian Cloud instance reaches a concerning level and is causing problems then Atlassian Support will reach out to your Technical and Billing contacts to discuss methods for clearing up data.
