Is there a way to create Confluence pages where the body of a page is visible by public but the comments are not?

Is there a way to create Confluence pages where the body of a page is visible by public but the comments are not? It seems like if a page is public the comments are public as well.

This widget could not be displayed.

As far as I know - there is no standard feature available in Confluence for this. However there are plugins that may allow you to achieve this.
