Is there a way to add an interactive field into Jira Issue/Filter macro?

I would like the ability to filter certain issues through the Jira Issue/Filter macro and also have interactive fields in line with each issue to update man hours and current criticality. Is this possible?

There is nothing like that built in. If you organization has ConfiForms you might be able to set up a forms to edit that field. If you don't have that and are familiar with programming it could be done with the REST API.
