Hi Folks, I am migrating a machine - can I batchupload the plugins or do I have to upload each one manually ? (no internet access)

If you have access to the disk, you can just drop them in JIRA_HOME/plugins/installed-plugins and restart JIRA; otherwise i don't think that's possible.
