Is it possible to use a Confluence Cloud space as the Knowledge Base for an onprem JIRA ServiceDesk?

Our company is migrating Confluence to the cloud but keeping our JIRA instance on-prem. Is there any way of linking those spaces so that we can continue to use the knowledge base feature within our JIRA service desks?
