Is it possible to send notifications of changes made by anyone in the project to one email address only?

We are working with a shared mailbox in our organization, but all employees also have an individual email address. If anyone (both from outside or inside the organization) sends an email to an individual email address, it wil be forwarded to the shared email address, so that all other colleagues can see the email. Right now, if someone changes something in Confluence, all watchers will be notified. However, all the emails will be forwarded to the shared email address -> one small change in a page leads to more than ten emails in the shared mailbox. This is very inconvenient. Can I change the settings in a way that every change to a page will  be sent to one email address only and not to all watchers?

Check the Email notification settings and clear all of the checkboxes for each user. This will eliminate all of the emails. Create 1 user that does get notifications sent to the shared email address only.

Why don't you create a user with the shared email address and make that user a watcher on the space?

The team members shouldn't watch the pages/spaces to avoid duplicate emails.

PS: I personally wont recommend the shared email approach because it will be too much noise for most people. Too many emails is definitely not good and people will sooner or later start creating 'junk' rules!!
