Is it possible to move the comments within the page?

I'd like to have the comments to a page as part of the page itself, as we're discussing a lot in confluence.

A {comments} macro would be the perfect solution...any ideas?

Looks like this allows you to add placeholders for inline comments.

If you've got relevant content in the comments that you'd like in the page, why not encorage people to simply update the page?

Keeping a clear separation between the formal document and related banter about the document is important, are you sure you want to blurr that line?
