Is it possible to make Change Comments mandatory for a page?

Is it possible to make Change Comments mandatory for a page?

I have set up a page and would like Change Comments to be mandatory for this page only.

I.e. so we can track why a change was made etc.

I would definitely like to participate in the feature request.

It appears that the link you added may not be valid (at least for me).
