My company may end up having multiple discrete Confluence instances.  Is it possible to link them?  I have found answers that are > 1 year old which indicate this is not possible, and am curious as to whether the feature may have been implemented.

Yeah, are you talking about two independent servers A and B, where an update made on one, is mirrored in the other?

Which brings me to the second question: why, given that you can access a single server from anywhere in the world.

Now if you want a one-way link, say between an internal private server and external public server, the Comala workflows plugin supports publishing to an external server. This is a one way link. You could theoretically have it work both ways, but no way to arbitrate between edits being made on the same page between different servers. This method works best where the external server is read-only.

What do you want from a "link"?
