Is it possible to create dynamic reports based on custom fields?

Barret_Wallace April 12, 2018
I want to create a catalog with lots of products. All product pages should have the same structure and fields like vendor or price. Based on that, I‘d like to create reports such as ‚list all products of vendor A as well as the contact person from the respective vendor‘s page. Also sum up all prices of all their products.‘ In other words: Can confluence treat pages as ,objects‘ and work with their properties?

Hi Barret,

Maybe Metadata for Confluence could be a solution. You can find it on the marketplace. But sum all prices is not possible.

Hello Barret,

Please, look at Page Properties Report macro, it should aggregate all products from different pages in one table. To sum up all prices you can use Table Filter macro Total Row option or Pivot Table macro
