Is it possible to broadcast notification about updates on a confluence(cloud) page

I am using confluence to inform our field agents of product releases, version changes, price changes, etc. Since they are not always on the computer, sometimes they miss out on the updates and changes. I would like to broadcast any change to all of them, how can I do this?

You could have them subscribe to the page and then they will get an email when changes are made. If they are able to check the email address in the Confluence account on their phone they could see the change there.
