I am assisting a team with a Confluence server to cloud migration. Unfortunately, since Global Templates are not supported, the only option is to manually recreate the template.
However, the original template has a Jira macro that opens the Insert Jira Issue/Filter macro while the page is in edit mode, allowing the user to add a Jira ticket easily.
Yes - we know that users can type /jira and bring this up. I wouldn't be asking if that wasn't considered a useability issue. The team wants to be able to work as they did in the past.
Is there a way to recreate this in the cloud? If not, is there a clever way to migrate this content?
