Received an error and now trying to find a solution for Confluence for Cloud.
Wait, I think I am mixing up my questions... I think I found a solution for the "bsvcallout". Sorry to mix up these threads.
@Todd Sandeman , Actually storage format should help you identify the macro .

Hi @Todd Sandeman ,
Welcome to Atlassian community.
Either this Macro is disabled (or some modules required by this macro). Did this Macro work before on confluence cloud ? First you will have to find out the exact name of this Macro, go to manage apps and check if this app has all its modules enabled.
Thanks,
Srinath T

Hi Srinatha, this macro worked when we had Confluence Server. Since the migration to Cloud, it does not work. The person who used this macro in the past is no longer with our company, so I can't work with them to understand the purpose of the original.

@Todd Sandeman , did you get the name of the Macro? Is it available in cloud version ?

Not available in cloud version, and it supports SCORM based training, which I can not find a format that can translate SCORM to some other form, like MP4, WAV, etc.
