Is anyone familiar with this error- unknown macro: 'bsvcallout' ? Is there an alternative to it?

Welcome to Atlassian community.

Either this Macro is disabled (or some modules required by this macro). Did this Macro work before on confluence cloud ? First you will have to find out the exact name of this Macro, go to manage apps and check if this app has all its modules enabled.

@Todd Sandeman , Actually storage format should help you identify the macro .

Hi Srinatha, this macro worked when we had Confluence Server. Since the migration to Cloud, it does not work. The person who used this macro in the past is no longer with our company, so I can't work with them to understand the purpose of the original.
