I thought I saw an email sometime in the last 6 months about confluence being free to licensed users of Jira Service Management...
Is this true or perhaps it was an enhancement coming?
Thanks very much!

@Kim O_Reilly you may be mistaking the inclusion of Confluence Pages directly into JSM with it being free. Jira Service Management customers can browse knowledge base articles at no charge within the customer portal. Only knowledge base contributors, such as your agents, will need to be licensed in Confluence Knowledge Base.
For Jira Work Management, any organization with paid Jira licenses qualifies for free JWM licenses.
I hope this clarifies the current landscape.
Perfect...now that you mention this, it's exactly what I did. Really appreciate your help!!
Kim

So when you have a confluence space (KB) linked to your JSM, but are not paying for licences in Confluence, your customers cannot see the KB, is that correct?
Would a standard confluence subscription be enough to make the linked KB visible for the customers?
