Currently external partners are given access to log into partner portal, with options made available to them such as service tickets. However, we need to confirm if Confluence can be made available when external partner log into the portal? Is there a way to link portal in service management with Confluence option?

It’s possible to link a Confluence space to a Service Management project, so customers will be able to view articles in the customer portal.
The articles will be available for any customers with permission to the project.
