Intermittent log in issue on Confluence pages.

Customers are running into this issue intermittently where they are required to log in to view the page.

Could you please elaborate the intermittent login issue ? Is it on any specific browser? 

Just checked the status - https://confluence.status.atlassian.com/ and it looks operational nd nothing reported.

It's a customer faced issue and we have no details on the browser on which this issue is happening.

Thanks for responding but it's really hard to say whether it's a network issue or confluence was behaving weirdly.

Is it still happening or sorted now ?

As I said it's happening intermittently. We haven't got any complaints from the customer after the initial complaint.
