We have been using the Confluence guest access for our clients however every now and then all guest users lose access to their space for a few hours. Generally after a few hours they can log back in as per usual however it causes a lot of frustration and slows down collaboration. Is anyone else experiencing this?
@Kirk Fitzpatrick You will need to submit a support issue to Atlassian here: https://support.atlassian.com/contact/ They will be able to look at the instance and see what is happening. I would suggest trying to provide outage times in the issue.
