Could you explain what version of Confluence you are using?

Confluence Server

Confluence Clustered

Confluence Datacentre

Hi,

We are using Confluence server 5.3 .

Ah, ok, well the short answer is "you can't". You can technically cluster your servers, but you won't be able to cluster the application. The best you can do is an active/passive failover.

Thanks Nic,

Please let me know for clustering application from our side(purchase or others). Also can you please share me some document for active and passive failover.

Thanks for your prompt reply.
