Installation Failed When Connecting Database and Can't Continue

Hello,

 

I installed Jira Software and everything works fine. However, when I tried to install Confluence it froze when connecting to the DB. I tried to log back in and  now I get an error during the setup process. Can someone help? See below link to my installation setup page and screencap.

Sorry if this is a simple question but pretty new to server management.

@Justice Obiaya  Try resolution mentioned in the KB article here.

Confluence does not start due to Spring Application context has not been set

You'll need to read more of the log file to find out what the root of the error is.
