Inserting TOC throws java.lang.NullPointerException

Inserting a TOC into a freshly created trivial page generates:

org.apache.velocity.exception.MethodInvocationException: Invocation of method 'getResourceTagsForAdditionalContextsHtml' in class $Proxy54 threw exception java.lang.NullPointerException at templates/editor-header.vm line 7, column 61

The TOC is inserted OK. Log showing full stack trace attached to originating Atalassian ticket.

The page contains just:

<p>Here's text</p>

<p> </p>

<h5>Heading 5</h5>

<p>h5 text</p>

<p> </p>

<h6>Head 6</h6>

Hi Peter,

I'm just answering this issue for the sake of future users who may experience a similar issue. It turns out that in this case the problem is being caused by a bug in the Gliffy plugin that is described in the following bug report and will be fixed as of Gliffy v5.0.2: http://jira.gliffy.com/browse/GCONF-803
