I am forced to ask the same questions again because the problem is repeated and not solved yet.

Hi @Iuliia Snizhko I apologize as I don't follow the specific workflow you have listed in the other post.  If this is something that happens to you repeatedly, and you've tried other browsers and maybe other users can experience the same behavior, I would suggest opening a ticket with Atlassian Support  and have them chime in on what's going on.  I took a quick look at Atlassian's Jira site and couldn't find anything related, but maybe they can.
