Include change comments in Recently Updated macro

I would like the "change comment" to be included with a page "Recently Updated" macro output, the same as is provided on the dashboard, but for a specific space. If this is not possible is there another macro that can do this?

Such feature could be created through here:

At the moment its not possible to perform such feature without tweaking the code. Which unfortunately my knowledge can't help you with.

So there could still be someone who has implemented something similar that could answer you a little more on the developer sense.
