Hello,
I currently have 8 users in my confluence & Jira (Both cloud version), and my limit is of 10 user for each system.
Since a few days, I am unable to invite or add people to Confluence or Jira.
In the past, it has been working fine.
Anyone else having this issue?
Thanks
Hello @Parvez Soobhany,
Welcome to Atlassian Community!
Just for a better understanding of the issue, I would like to make some questions.
What error message appears when you try to invite the user?
Can you please check on the developer tools on your browser and verify if it shows any other error on the console tab?
Is it happening with only one email address? Have you tried to invite another user?
Regards,
Angélica
Hello ,
I have tried with different email & different domains and still does not work.
Error message and Console message are as follows:
You must be a registered user to add a comment. If you've already registered, sign in. Otherwise, register and sign in.
Thank you for the details, Parvez.
Are you adding users directly from the Cog icon > User management > Invite users?
Are you adding them on the role Basic, Trusted, or Site administrator?
Can you test adding them on the Basic role and uncheck all product access to check if they will be invited?
After that, you can go to their profile and add the default groups so they can access Jira.

Hi,
I attempted all the roles but did not work.
The solution of adding as basic role with all unchecked and then giving access via profile seems to work.
Thanks
