In the Page banner macro image is getting grayed out

Hi all,

I've added a page banner onto my confluence site, but can't get an image to appear behind it. I've tried a variety of image links for the 'image URL' field but it just stays grey... what am I doing wrong?! I've tried saving images in server folders then adding link directly from file, as well as resources on the wider web, but nothing populates.

Thank you for any advice!

Can you share an image of what you are seeing and the code you are using to do the banner with?
