In Confluence space, can I share a single page to all users in Org and rest of the space private?

I have a requirement where I need to share a single page in my space to whole Org and rest of the pages and space should be restricted/private.

Can someone provide me insight to achieve this requirement, thanks in advance.

Hi,

there's only one way to achieve this (and to be honest, I wouldn't do that):

  • Create two pages under your space home page
    • One called "Private"
    • The other called "Public"   (the names are just suggestions, of course)
  • Move your single page under the public page
  • Move all the other pages under the private page
  • Make your space public, give view permissions to the whole org
  • Restrict the page "Private" to all the others who are allowed to see the rest

But as I said, I won't do that. It's a permission hell and every time, you create a page, you have to take care that it will not get public by accident.

I would create another space for the public pages and seperate them on the space level from the internal ones. It's much clearer that way.
