Hi all,
just a quick question: if i import a confluence space from xml file, do the users that are not yet on our confluence cloud instance get a mail notificiation or anyhting? or can i import the space without any notification to anyone? I don' want users to get notified if i test the import on my sandbox confluence
Marco
Hi @Marco ,
I didn't see it sending out notifications during upload. But you can always turn off/uncheck outgoing notification before migration:
Hope that helps.

@Marco - I am trying to import XML .HTML files on conflunece . Based on this thread it seems you had done similar. Can you please guide me ? Do I need to import files one by one since import expects single file. I have attachement/style/content HTML pages which one I should import first. When I tried picking single attachement file, i got uploaded successfully but import failed.

@Naziya Parveen Hi what I did is just exporting the space from one cloud instance in XML format (in the space settings) as one zip file and importing it to another cloud instance. Can't remember doing more than this back then. I guess that won't help you that much :D

Thank you @Marco . You're right. I figured . I also imported zip file :-) . It works with zip and not unzipped content.
