we have tried to import site/space restore with 10GB our backup to the cloud several times and it did not work. Can you check on your end why?

You have not indicated the plan that you are on, but, if you have a 10GB space to import, you cannot be on the free plan, which means that you should have access to support from Atlassian. You can start at this page: https://support.atlassian.com/contact/#/
