Import Site keeps failing

Question

I had previously backed up my confluence and I am trying to get it up and running again.

The size is approximately 270MB. I go to import site and try to import it, but keeps failing after 10 minutes. I tried contacting support but they haven't responded or willing to help.

Anyone can help me here ? Before I had a paid version, and I am trying to move to that after I get it up and running. Right now its free version

Hi Ravi,

You may want to open a new ticket with support, but select Migration support when asked what they can help you with. Not sure it will change their response, but worth a shot. Cheers!
