Hi,
we have migrated documents from robohelp to confluence by copy pasting contents, currently we have shutdown robohelp from then images are not visible, how will we resolve it ? is there any shortcut way to fix images easily without downloading them? since we have huge documentation its not easy task to download them and fix it in each page.
Please help!
Thanks
@Vasudha_bhakri I have never tried to copy/paste from Robohelp to Confluence, but maybe the images are referenced from their locations, rather than embedded in the Confluence pages???
This new feature was announced recently (though it looks like it was rolled back and will be made available again soon): https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Confluence-articles/Say-Hello-to-HTML-Importer-Bulk-Import-Your-HTML-Content-into/ba-p/2896851
This might provide a better way to get your Robohelp content into Confluence. You probably need to produce some sort of HTML output from Robohelp and then import that. I would think this would take care of the image file issues.
Did you migrate spaces from server to cloud? If yes, you should be able to migrate attachments only again. This should help you. Also you need to check if attachments were available on server from where you migrate it.
2nd option is to contact with Atlassian Support. Atlassian have great team responsible for migration topics and they will be able to help you very fast.

Seba
