Im trying to download tomcat 9 using wget on linux redhat

[ec2-user@tomcat opt]$ wget https://dlcdn.apache.org/tomcat/tomcat-9/v9.0.70/bin/apache-tomcat-9.0.70.tar.gz 

The error below is what I am get.  I have wget downloaded on my server already.
