The meeting notes template currently indexes all meeting notes within that space.
We have 3 pages within a space that have unrelated meetings. I want to index the meetings specific to each individual page.
How do I create a template that will index the meetings to that specific page hierarchy with a "create meeting" button to create meetings that will be indexed in that page.
What are the steps to do this?
Thank you!
First of all you can't create the exact functionality that meeting notes have (if you create a single meeting note, automatically a meeting note index will be created. That you can't do). What you can do is to create a global template https://support.atlassian.com/confluence-cloud/docs/create-a-global-template/ which will act as you meeting note index. In it you must add a button https://support.atlassian.com/confluence-cloud/docs/insert-the-create-from-template-macro/ which will create a meeting note of your own custom parameters.
Let me know if the above helps.
