so you can see different versions where made, all rules are turned on, all rules are set to When page edited: If : Then, the automations that show up in the audit log are for a different page (the page I am talking about was updated 22:04)Screenshot 2024-11-14 215658.pngScreenshot 2024-11-14 215809.pngScreenshot 2024-11-14 215912.pngScreenshot 2024-11-14 220011.png

HI @Fritz Weber and welcome to the Community.

Can you, pls, provide more details? I find your issue intriguing but I'm having a hard time connecting the sorting (that you talk about in the Question Title, the body, and the screenshots.

  • what is the goal of your efforts, what are you trying to achieve.
  • is the rule intended for one page with a specific name, any page, is it in universal or single space only?

Having said that... Based on what I see, the following MAY be happening.

If you have Page A and the rule is to move the page - every time that page is edited - to a specific location (space)...

a) Following the first execution of the rule, the page would have to be updated in the new location.

b) If the rule is space-based, and its target location is a different space, the rule would not execute the second as the page no longer exists in the original space (condition not met).

c) If the rule is not space based, the it would find the page (upon the page being edited) in its new location (condition met), but it would have to move it to the location, where that page already exists - and the rule would probably fail, as the page with that name already exists in the target location (following the first execution of the rule).

Note: Not being familiar with the details, the relationships among A, B, C may be AND, OR, AND/OR.
