I have signed up for the free subscription to SitePoint however, I have not received any email telling me my icloud is ready so that I can access my SitePoint subscription.
How can I get this email?

I think you need to ask this of SitePoint. This is a place for questions about Atlassian products and SitePoint is not one of them as far as I know.
