I sent an email to change the accounts, but I haven't received any response

I also manage the mail server, but there is no record of the emails being received on our mail server. The recipient email addresses are "gbscps@tmaxsoft.com" Please check.

The issue I inquired about has been resolved separately from the original request.
The account gbscps@tmaxsoft.com already exists, so it was not possible to change the account.
