I can access my web confluence account but not my mobile app account

When login on my iPhone (iOS) app account I get an error message that says:

Confluence_Error_Message.pngHowever, I am able to login into my account via my desktop browser.

Have you had a similar problem?

Do you have any recommendation on how to solve this issue?

Hi,

what happens, if you enter the URL of your Confluence site directly in the IOS browser? If it doesn't work maybe you need an VPN connection.

Is Mobile Access enabled on your Confluence server?
