Hello,
I am using Workflows for Confluence add on and I do not know how to hide rejected content. I have created a workflow as below:
1) Create content
2) Set automatically to status Under Review
3) If approved then status becomes Approved and content is publishes
4) If rejected then status becomes Rejected and page should become hidden from public
However, step 4 does not work properly, page remains visible to the public although I have set to the workflow the permissions to change to hidden if rejected.
