Hello,

 

I am unable to add external colleagues who have mail ids in the format : 

 

aconext.hirt@extaccount.com & aconext.voigtmann@extaccount.com  to the Confluence page 

 

Sma4U-PMINavigator - Sma4U-PMINavigator - Confluence (mercedes-benz.com)

 

What is the process to onboard external accounts into Confluence? Even in ZULA i am unable to find the Confluence page?

Hi @Shatabdi Bose and welcome to the Community.

You can invite them as Guests. Guests can access exactly one space at a time, they do not count towards your seat count, and you can give them all sorts permissions - either on group or individual level.
