I am having trouble updating plugins and the editor wont load

Hello,

I am having a few issues.  The main issue is that the Synchrony editor has stopped loading/working.  I had everything setup and it was working at one point.  I have updated to the latest version and have been attmpting to update the installed plugins incase that could help.  That is where I have run into my second problem. The plugins will not update.  I have tailed all the confluence log files during the update attempts but the only output I get is some garbage collection pause info statements, but all are sub-second pauses so I don't think that is really an issue.

I'm at a loss for where to go next in debugging this and would apprecaite some help.
