I am a cloud user and I cannot see in Confluence: General Configuration > Whitelist

anna-iron March 23, 2018

There is an article that you have:

https://confluence.atlassian.com/doc/configuring-the-whitelist-381255821.html

I would like to use whitelist option. But, unfortunately I cannot see this option in General Settings of Confluence.

Thank you for help

Anna

Hi Anna,

you're referencing the documentation article for Confluence Server. Currently it is not possible on Cloud, see the improvement ticket: CLOUD-2636

Best, Max

Thank you, Max

But in documentation it says "Cloud". Is there any other way to limit access to Confluence from the outside?

Thank you

The documentation you've pointed to says Server, not Cloud.

As Max says, you can't do this on Cloud, it's not available.
