I added gliffy but not able to save second times on confluence

I added Gliffy on confluence and able to save first time.
next time i tried to save Gliffy after editing. It is showing below message.
" We're having trouble connecting to your Confluence instance at the moment. Therefore, we are unable to publish your diagram at this time. "
I tried the same process several times and for several days.
