How to use logical operators (such as OR) in page properties report macro for labels

I have confluence pages that have differnt labels so I can pull them in to a report. 

 

They do not all have the same parent page so I can't filter them that way,

 

When I serach them by label in the macro I can put in multiple labels and find all the pages with any of the labels (an OR operation).

 

I need AND functionality so that I can find pages that have some set of labels in common. Any duggestions?

You can, but by using the filter option. Look at this doc page (CQL fields section)

It will allow you to build complex filter expression.
