How to see all actions assigned to me in Confluence?

Simon Shaw March 18, 2019

I would like to be able to see all actions assigned to me, across Confluence.

I thought I would be able to see this via my profile but I don't see a "My tasks" heading or similar.

Anyone know how to do this?

Hi @Simon Shaw

Top right -- click your user profile and there should be a dropdown for Tasks.

You can use the Task Report macro to do this onl pages of yours and set it to look at tasks assigned to you in all spaces

Hope that helps

I would like to share the experience of our users that perceive Talk - Advanced Inline Comments as tasks. When they mention somebody in the comments (it can be multiple team members), that means this task is assigned to these employees. Every user can build Talk Report, then to overview 'tasks' that are unresolved and where they've been mentioned. They can easily switch to the comment by clicking on the link in the Page column. When a task is done, they can resolve it or archive it on the page to refer to it later. Talk Report includes the following information:

Hi @Simon Shaw

You said, you already found the "My Tasks" site, wher you see all of your tasks. Unfortunately, you do not see anything there.

My opinion is, that you really do not have any tasks assigned to you. For an assigned task, you have to use the task option in the editor and with the character "@" assigne the task to you. Only after you have done all this, you should be able to see the task in your list.
