How to restore the confluence space.

Hello, there.

We are using Jira and Confluence for project management.

One day, our Confluence space suddenly disappeared, and we are having difficulty accessing important information.

There are a lot of confidential information and we want to recover this space.

Please let us know how to resolve this issue.
If we need to use a paid service, we are willing to do so.

Hi @Shawn Park and welcome

1. In Confluence, click Spaces in the top bar.
2. Click View all spaces.
3. Next to the search bar under 'All spaces', you'll see tabs Archived and Trashed.
4. Check both for the space you're looking for.

If the space is not there....

If the space was deleted/archived by accident, you may want to revisit your Permissions setup to ensure that doesn't happen again.
